Cancellation & Refund Policy

At RoyalSole, we want to ensure a transparent and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. Since we deal in premium footwear, please read our cancellation and refund guidelines carefully:

1. Order Cancellation

Customers can request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been shipped yet.

Once the product is shipped from our warehouse, the order cannot be canceled.

2. Return & Refund Conditions

We accept return/exchange requests within 7 days of delivery only if the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns are eligible in case of manufacturing defects, size issues, or if the wrong product was delivered.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is successfully received and inspected at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund.

The approved refund amount will be credited back to your original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.
