Welcome to RoyalSole (proudly owned and operated by AVRINDER SINGH). We are dedicated to delivering your premium footwear safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy guidelines below:
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after order confirmation.
Once your order is handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a confirmation notification via email/SMS with your tracking details.
2. Delivery Timelines
We deliver across India through reliable courier services.
Estimated Delivery Time: It usually takes 5 to 7 working days for the package to reach your destination after dispatch, depending on your location (metro cities are generally faster, while remote areas might take a little longer).
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen logistical issues, weather conditions, or festive rushes.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and clearly displayed at the time of checkout before you make the payment.
4. Order Tracking
You can monitor your shipment using the tracking link and ABN/tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email or SMS. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier partner's portal.
5. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact our support immediately.
In case of missing items or delivery discrepancies, report the issue to us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date.
6. Delivery Address Changes
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please ensure all billing and shipping details are accurate before finalizing your purchase.
